The primary projects of the center are computer training, vocational skills training and health education. PAMJI is currently working on the side of health, focusing on HIVAIDS and malaria education. Through a number of donors in the U.S., PAMJI was given four laptop computers to educate and promote computer literacy in Ghana. The centre will allow a safe and clean environment for training and operation of these computers. The center will benefit over 15,000 women and children in the community. This project aims to support the local women and youth in the Garu-Tempane District. The women and youth in the rural community of Worikambo do not have the opportunities as those of people in cities. The PAMJI Women’s and Youth Centre will bring those opportunities to the doorstep of Worikambo. PAMJI believes that Information Communication Technology is essential to economic and future growth.
